      Canadian Pork Leg Tip Steaks, boneless, about 1 1/4 lbs/625 g
    • 1 cup
      250 mL
      mild chunky salsa
    • 1 tsp
      5 mL
      dried oregano
    • 1/2 tsp
      2 mL
      ground cumin
    • 1
      1
      clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup
      125 mL
      pineapple chunks

Directions

In a large non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, brown steaks quickly, about 2 minutes per side. Lower heat; add remaining ingredients to pan; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with a mixed bean salad and cheese corn bread.
