Pork Schnitzel with Tangy Orange Sauce

- 1 1/2 lbs750 gCanadian Pork Schnitzel or Scallopini
- 1/2 cup125 mLall purpose flour
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp25 mLcanola oil
- 11clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp5 mLfinely chopped fresh ginger
- 22green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup125 mLwater
- 2 Tbsp25 mLfrozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 Tbsp25 mLsoy sauce
- 1 Tbsp15 mLhoisin sauce
Directions
Combine flour and pepper. Lightly coat pork pieces; shake off excess flour. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork in batches just until cooked through, 1 or 2 minutes per side. Remove pork from skillet and keep warm. Add garlic, ginger and onions to skillet; sauté 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Return meat to skillet; turn to coat with sauce. Serve immediately.
