    • 1 1/2 cups

      chopped cooked Canadian Pork
    • 1/3 cup
      75 mL
      light salad dressing
    • dash
      dash
      garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp
      1 mL
      curry powder
    • 1/3 cup
      75 mL
      water chestnuts, rinsed and sliced
    • 1/3 cup
      75 mL
      raisins
    • 1

      small carrot, grated
    • 1
      1
      green onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      pineapple tidbits, well drained

      pita pockets, cut in halves
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, garlic powder and curry powder. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together pork, water chestnuts, raisins, carrot, green onion and pineapple. Add dressing; toss to coat. Divide evenly among pita pockets. Top with slivered almonds.
