Caesar Pork Pockets

- 1 lb500 gCanadian Pork Leg or Loin Strips
- 1 Tbsp15 mLcanola oil
- 1/2 cup125 mLbottled Caesar-style salad dressing
- 44pita breads or mountain breads
- 1/21/2red onion, thinly sliced
- 22mini cucumbers, peeled, sliced
Directions
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add pork strips and stir-fry 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine pork strips and Caesar dressing. Cut pita breads in half crosswise. Wrap in a towel and microwave briefly to warm. To serve, place some of the pork strips in the pita. Top with onion and cucumber slices. Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing.
