    • 1-1/2 lbs
      750 g
      Lean Ground Canadian Pork
    • 1 cup
      250 mL
      instant oatmeal
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      finely chopped onion
    • 2 Tbsp
      25 mL
      finely chopped green pepper
    • 1/2 tsp
      2 mL
      dry mustard
    • 1 tsp
      5 mL
      salt
    • pinch
      pinch
      ground cloves
    • 1
      1
      egg, lightly beaten
    • 1 cup
      250 mL
      finely chopped apple
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      tomato ketchup
    • 6

      crusty rolls or hamburger buns

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and form into six patties. Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Barbecue or broil for 10-15 minutes, turning half way through.
Serve on buns with condiments of your choice.

Note: Always cook ground pork to well done.
