Herb and Lemon Burgers

- 1 lb0.5 kgLean Ground Canadian Pork
- 11egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup50 mLfine dry bread crumbs
- 11small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp2 mLeach: dried thyme, oregano
- 1/4 tsp1 mLground cumin
- 1 tsp5 mLgrated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp2 mLsalt
- 4-64-6Kaiser or hamburger buns
Directions
Combine ground pork with all ingredients (except the buns). Mix gently to blend and shape into 4-6 patties. Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Grill burgers on lightly oiled grill 5-10 minutes per side or until no pink remains. ground pork Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite condiments.
Note: Always cook ground pork to well done.
