Horseradish Rubbed Pork Roast

- 3 lb1.5 kgCanadian Pork Loin or Leg Roast, boneless
- 1/3 cup75 mLprepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp25 mLcanola oil
- 1 Tbsp15 mLsoy sauce
- 2 tsp10 mLhoney
- 2 tsp10 mLpaprika
Directions
Place pork roast in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over roast. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight. Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium-low. Turn off one side. Place roast on lightly oiled grill over indirect heat (“off” heat side) or skewer for rotisserie; close barbecue cover and roast approximately 25 min per lb/500 g or until internal temperature registers 155-160°F (68 -71°C). Remove from barbecue; tent loosely with foil and let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with baby potatoes, skewered and roasted on the grill and slivers of carrots and zucchini.
