Lemon Pork Piccata

Ingredients
1/4 cup (50 mL) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp (2 mL) each: salt and pepper
1/4 tsp )1 mL) garlic powder
1 lb (500 g) boneless, fast fry Canadian Pork loin chops
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1/2 lemon
Cooking Instructions
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; stir to blend evenly. Coat pork with seasoned flour. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brown chops for one minute on each side. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over and serve.
