Maple Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 Canadian Pork tenderloins
2 tbsp (25 mL) Dijon mustard
1 tbsp (15 mL) pure maple syrup
2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 mL) sambal oelek (Oriental chili-garlic sauce)

Cooking Instructions
Place Pork tenderloin in a plastic bag, non-metal bowl or sealable container. Blend remaining ingredients; pour over Pork; seal or cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Remove Pork from marinade and discard marinade. Place Pork on grill. Close barbecue cover and grill 12 to 14 minutes, turning several times. Remove from grill; tent with foil and let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with mushrooms, green beans and a pasta salad.
