    • 2/3 cup

      fat free sour cream
    • 2 tsp

      chopped onion
    • 3 drops
      3 drops
      hot pepper sauce
    • 1/8 tsp
      0.5 mL
      garlic salt

Directions

Spread bread slices with Dijon mustard; top 4 slices with lettuce leaves. Arrange orange slices on lettuce leaves. Top with red pepper, then pork slices. Combine sour cream, onion, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt. Spoon some sauce over each pork sandwich. Top with remaining lettuce leaves and bread slices.
