Salsa Grilled Pork

      Canadian Pork Rib Chops
    • 1/2 cup
      125 mL
    • 1/2 cup
      125 mL
      white wine or grape juice
    • 2 tsp
      10 mL
      canola oil
    • 2
      cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2 Tbsp
      25 mL
      chopped parsley


Place pork chops in a plastic bag, non-metal bowl or sealable container. Combine salsa, white wine, oil and garlic. Pour mixture over pork; seal or cover and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours, turning meat occasionally. Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork chops on lightly oiled grillgrill; close barbecue cover and grill pver medium, heat 5 – 8 minutes; turn and grill 5 – 8 minutes on the other side or until slightly firm to the touch. Sprinkle cooked chops with parsley and serve with grilled corn, peppers and zucchini.
