      125 g
      cooked Canadian Pork Shoulder Blade (pulled pork)
    • 1

      10-12"/25-30 cm ready-to-use pizza crust
    • 1/3 cup
      75 mL
      barbecue sauce
    • 1 1/2 cups
      375 mL
      shredded Mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup
      125 mL
      pickled banana peppers
    • 1/2 cup
      125 mL
      sliced onion (or caramelized onions)

Directions

Place pizza shell on a pizza pan or nonstick baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce entirely over the crust. Cover with pulled pork and Mozzarella. Top with banana peppers and onions. Bake at 400ºF (200ºC) until crust begins to brown and cheese is bubbling. Remove from oven; cool 3-4 minutes. Slice and serve.
