    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      all purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp
      2 mL
      EACH salt and pepper
    • 1 Tbsp
      15 mL
      canola oil
    • 1 cup
      250 mL
      beer*
    • 2 Tbsp
      25 mL
      cider vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp
      25 mL
      mustard
    • 2 tsp
      10 mL
      brown sugar
    • 1 tsp
      5 mL
      dried dill (or 15 mL/1 Tbsp fresh dill)

Directions

Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat cutlets. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add cutlets and sauté until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until cutlets are cooked through. Remove cutlets; keep warm. Bring pan juices to a boil; stir until thickened. Drizzle over cutlets and serve with remaining sauce.
