- 1 lb500 gCanadian Pork Loin Chops, boneless, fast fry
- 1/4 cup50 mLall purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp2 mLEACH salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp1 mLgarlic powder
- 1 Tbsp15 mLcanola oil
Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder; stir to blend evenly. Coat pork with seasoned flour. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brown chops for one minute on each side. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over and serve.
