    • 1 lb
      500 g
      Canadian Pork Loin Chops, boneless, fast fry
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      all purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp
      2 mL
      EACH salt and pepper
    • 1/4 tsp
      1 mL
      garlic powder
    • 1 Tbsp
      15 mL
      canola oil
    • 1/2
      1/2
      lemon

Directions

Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder; stir to blend evenly. Coat pork with seasoned flour. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brown chops for one minute on each side. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over and serve.
