Ham and Cheese Canapés

  • Canadian Ham, finely diced
  • shredded Swiss cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • chopped green onions
  • Dijon mustard
  • ground black pepper
  • French loaf


Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl. Slice French loaf on the diagonal into 25 ¼"/5 mm slices.Spread 1 Tbsp/15 mL of ham nixture on each slice and place on a baking sheet . Bake at 375ºF (190ºC)for about 20 minutes, or until canapés begin to brown. Serve immediately.
