    • 1/4 lb
      125 g
      Canadian Ham, finely diced
    • 1/4 lb
      125 g
      shredded Swiss cheese
    • 1/2 cup
      125 mL
      mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      chopped green onions
    • 2 Tbsp
      25 mL
      Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 tsp
      2 mL
      ground black pepper
    • 1

      French loaf

Directions

Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl. Slice French loaf on the diagonal into 25 ¼”/5 mm slices.Spread 1 Tbsp/15 mL of ham nixture on each slice and place on a baking sheet . Bake at 375ºF (190ºC)for about 20 minutes, or until canapés begin to brown. Serve immediately.
