      thinly sliced mushrooms
    • 1 Tbsp

      minced fresh ginger
    • 2 Tbsp

      soy sauce

      oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tsp

      cornstarch
    • 1/8 tsp

      cayenne pepper, or to taste

      large flour tortillas
    • 1 cup
      250 mL
      shredded cabbage
    • 2

      green onions, chopped

Directions

Place pork strips and garlic in a large lightly-oiled non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork and garlic for 2 minutes. Add peppers and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir together ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and cayenne; add to skillet and stir-fry 1 minute or until pork is no longer pink inside and sauce is thickened. Wrap tortillas in a clean cloth towel and heat in microwave oven on full power (100%) until hot, about 15 seconds. Or wrap in foil; warm in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 5 minutes. Starting just below centres of tortillas, spoon in a mound of pork mixture and cabbage; sprinkle with green onions. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling; then fold sides over and roll up. Serve immediately.
