      Canadian Pork Loin Cutlets, about 4 oz/100 g each
    • 1 tsp
      5 mL
      canola oil
    • 1 cup
      250 mL
      plum jam
    • 1 tsp
      5 mL
      ground ginger
    • 2 Tbsp
      25 mL
      soy sauce
    • 1
      1
      small onion, diced

Directions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, lightly brown pork on both sides in oil. In a separate small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; then add to skillet. Lower heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes. Serve pork cutlets over cooked egg noodles with peas.
