    • 3-4 lb
      1.5-2 kg
      Canadian Pork Shoulder Blade Roast, well trimmed
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      apricot jam
    • 1 Tbsp
      15 mL
      ketchup
    • 2

      cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Combine soy sauce, jam, ketchup and garlic. Brush all over roast. Place roast in a slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over roast. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours. Drain roast, discarding liquid. Cover loosely and let rest 10 minutes. Slice to serve hot or cold.
