Curried Pork in Pitas

  • chopped cooked Canadian Pork
  • light salad dressing
  • garlic powder
  • curry powder
  • water chestnuts, rinsed and sliced
  • raisins
  • small carrot, grated
  • green onion, chopped
  • pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • pita pockets, cut in halves
  • slivered almonds, toasted


In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, garlic powder and curry powder. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together pork, water chestnuts, raisins, carrot, green onion and pineapple. Add dressing; toss to coat. Divide evenly among pita pockets. Top with slivered almonds.
