Sauces and Glazes



1/3 cup/75 mL

    • 1/4 cup
      50 mL
      Canadian maple syrup
    • 1 Tbsp
      15 mL
      ketchup
    • 1 Tbsp
      15 mL
      soy sauce

Directions

In a bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Use to baste pork steaks, chops, kabobs, ribs or roast.
