Ingredients
- Canadian Pork Leg or Loin Strips
- canola oil
- bottled Caesar-style salad dressing
- pita breads or mountain breads
- red onion, thinly sliced
- mini cucumbers, peeled, sliced
Directions
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add pork strips and stir-fry 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine pork strips and Caesar dressing. Cut pita breads in half crosswise. Wrap in a towel and microwave briefly to warm. To serve, place some of the pork strips in the pita. Top with onion and cucumber slices. Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing.
