Asian Roast Tenderloin

  • Canadian Pork Tenderloins, about 12 oz/375 g each
  • hoisin sauce
  • lime juice
  • canola oil
  • sesame oil
  • ground ginger


Trim any fat from tenderloins. In a non-metallic bowl or container, combine hoisin, lime juice, canola and sesame oils and ginger. Marinate pork in this mixture, refrigerated, for about 2 hours. Roast tenderloins, uncovered, at 375ºF/190ºC to an internal temperature of 155-160ºF (68-71ºC), about 20-25 minutes. Baste frequently with cooking juices. Remove from oven; tent loosely with foil and let rest 5 minutes. Slice on the bias and serve.
