Asian Pork Stir-Fry

  • Canadian Pork Strips
  • sesame oil, divided
  • seasonal stir-fry vegetables, sliced to equal thickness
  • hoisin sauce
  • soy sauce
  • hot sauce
  • egg noodles, cooked


Ina large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir-fry pork strips in half of oil for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add remaining oil and sauté vegetables for another 3-4 minutes or until almost cooked. Reduce heat to medium and add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and hot sauce. Heat thoroughly, then toss and serve with cooked egg noodles.
