- Canadian Pork Shoulder Blade Steaks, boneless, well trimmed
- honey mustard sauce
- apricot jam
- ground ginger
- Cracked black pepper
Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Combine mustard, jam and ginger. Brush pork steaks with mixture; sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Place pork steaks on lightly oiled grill. Close barbecue cover and grill pork over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes per side, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently.
