- 1 lb500 gCanadian Pork Shoulder Blade Steaks, boneless, well trimmed
- 1/2 cup125 mLhoney mustard sauce
- 1/4 cup50 mLapricot jam
- 3/4 tsp3 mLground ginger
- Cracked black pepper
Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Combine mustard, jam and ginger. Brush pork steaks with mixture; sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Place pork steaks on lightly oiled grill. Close barbecue cover and grill pork over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes per side, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently.
